Vaibhav KakkarFounder and Group CEO · Digital Web Solutions
The metric we added to improve decision making was speed to the first meaningful response. We focused on how quickly a real person could reply with clear answers and the next steps instead of sending automatic or general replies. We found that many business opportunities slowed down because people did not receive helpful responses when their interest was highest. This showed us that response quality matters as much as attracting new leads.
Once we started reviewing this metric we made better decisions across the business. We improved team availability and made internal handoffs much smoother. We also simplified the intake process so questions became easier to answer. We like this metric because it connects customer interest with daily work and helps support better business results.
